Terms:

a. For every started month/year of usage, the Customer shall pay Brazebee UG (further "Brazebee") the Monthly/Annual Usage Fee based on the selected plan. The Customer will be invoiced monthly / annually based on their plan, but always at the beginning of the period (month or 12 months) of subscription for the amount(s) and usage limits outlined below and charged via subscription. Fees will be due at the beginning of the period. Client will provide Brazebee with a valid payment method and authorize Brazebee to deduct charges through a subscription charge. Client is responsible to provide a valid payment method so payments can proceed. If Brazebee is unable to process the order, Brazebee will try to contact Customer by email and suspend the Customer account until payment can be processed. The subscription time period starts with the payment of the first fee.

Full Service Cost: $995/month

c. Brazebee gives the Customer a refund for prepaid months if Brazebee stops providing its Services to Client according to Terms of Service. The Customer won’t be entitled to a refund from Brazebee under any other circumstances. All fees paid to Brazebee hereunder are nonrefundable.

d. Any taxes are the responsibility of the Customer. Unless otherwise stated, Fees do not include any local, state, federal or foreign taxes, levies, duties or similar governmental assessments of any nature, including value-added, use or withholding taxes (collectively, “Taxes”). Customer is responsible for paying all Taxes associated with its purchases hereunder (excluding taxes based on Brazebee’s net income or property), even if such amounts are not listed in this agreement.

Terms of Service General

This Agreement consists of these pages (“Offer”), the Terms of Service , the Privacy Policy  and any Exhibits that are attached or referenced, and any Order forms that Brazebee uses for subsequent orders of any products or service, all of which are hereby incorporated in this Agreement by reference. This Agreement shall commence with the payment of the first fee. Upon expiration of the Term, unless otherwise stated will automatically renew for additional Terms of one (1) month or year each, unless and until either party gives the other notice of non-renewal prior to the end of the then-current Term.
